邱玲,女,1963年7月出生于江苏省南京市。通信与信息系统专业博士,现任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系教授、博士生导师。主要研究领域为扩频通信及移动通信。集中在移动通信系统中新型传输技术及调度和无线资源管理方面。包括OFDM技术、MIMO以及大规模MIMO技术。协作通信和绿色无线通信。新型无线接入网架构。
1994年9月~1997年7月,中国科学技术大学硕士研究生,获工学硕士学位。
1997年2月~1999年12月,中国科学技术大学博士研究生,获博士学位。
1997年9月~1998年3月,香港中文大学信息工程系助研。
1999年12月至今,担任中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学教师。
作为项目负责人主持并完成了第三代WCDMA移动通信系统方面863国家重大项目课题,863项目“公众移动通信新型覆盖的多址接入网络架构及其关键技术研究”,“基于多用户调度和预编码的自适应MIMO无线传输技术”课题以及多项企业合作项目。作为子课题负责人完成了多项国家科技重大专项课题以及国际合作项目课题。
目前在研项目:
国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划),“5G高通量无线网络构架与关键技术研发”;
国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划),“5G移动通信技术评估与测试验证技术研究”;高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金,“MIMO广播信道能量效率与频谱效率折中理论与能量效率优化方法研究”。
